What is a properly addressed mail packet?

A properly addressed mail packet consists of the following components:

1. The name of the recipient

2. House name and/or apartment number

3. The correct house/building number

4. The correct street name

5. The correct parish

6. The correct Postal code

7. A Return to Sender address
