What function is the Minister required to perform under the Telecommunication Act?


Section 59(1) of the Act lists items that the Minister may, after consultation with the Commission, make regulations for the proper carrying out of the provisions and purposes of the Act and for the implementation of those provisions of the Convention that are applicable to Bermuda.
