Q: How do I relicence my vehicle at TCD?

A: 1. Call TCD to make an appointment with an Examination clerk or register for a user account via http://www.etcd.gov.bm to do so (instructions to eTCD online renewals are on this site) 2. Bring your vehicle to TCD on the day of it's appointment, at the appropriate testing location (you should obtain a permit if your vehicle is unlicensed). The on duty Inspector will instruct you once you have joined the queue for inspection. 3. Proceed to the TCD Information desk for a ticket, and wait for a Registration clerk to call your number for service or renew your vehicle online.
