How do I send a parcel containing food stuffs to a person in Bermuda?

"You may send the package by courier (FedEx, DHL, IBC) or by mail. Please visit our website, www.customs.gov.bm for a list of prohibitions and restrictions on foodstuff. Please do not send fresh fruits or vegetables. Foodstuff is dutiable and the applicable rates will apply to the goods.
