How do I get a social insurance number?



You must apply for a Social Insurance Number by completing an
Application for Registration. The form is available
here You must provide:



·
A copy of your birth certificate or passport if
you are Bermudian.



·
A copy of your birth certificate or passport and
an Immigration Spousal Letter if you are the spouse of a Bermudian.



A copy of your birth certificate or passport and
a copy of your work permit if you are Non-Bermudian.
